Vmanta World Pvt Ltd (“Vmanta”, “we”, “us”) is a luxury travel planning, bespoke itinerary design, and premium travel concierge company headquartered in Bangalore, India, with operational presence in Canada and Australia. We specialize in customized international travel itineraries, luxury holiday planning, and curated global travel experiences delivered through independent third-party suppliers.
By confirming a booking with Vmanta, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Vmanta. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. About Vmanta – Luxury Travel Planning & Service Model
Vmanta creates fully personalized international travel experiences designed around your preferences, travel goals, and budget expectations.
We do not sell standardized packages. Every itinerary is individually designed and curated.
Our Services Include:
- Designing personalized international travel itineraries
- Curating luxury and premium travel experiences within defined budgets
- Coordinating bookings with global airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and activity providers
- Managing end-to-end travel planning and execution coordination
- Providing pre-travel, in-trip, and post-booking support
- Offering 24/7 global assistance through a dedicated operations team
Important Legal Clarity:
- Vmanta does not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise lines, or activity operators
- All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers
- Each supplier is responsible for service delivery, safety standards, and operational execution
- Vmanta acts strictly as a travel designer, coordinator, and intermediary
In simple terms: Vmanta designs and manages your journey, but the actual services are delivered by independent travel partners.
2. Booking Confirmation & Contract Formation
A booking is confirmed only when all of the following are completed:
- You approve your final itinerary
- You complete the required deposit payment
- Vmanta issues a written Booking Confirmation
Once confirmed:
- A legally binding contract is formed
- These Terms, itinerary, and invoice together form the complete agreement
If booking on behalf of others:
- You confirm you have full legal authority to accept these Terms
- All travelers are legally bound by these Terms
3. Payments, Pricing & Currency Conditions
Payment Terms:
- Deposit: 25%–50% of total trip cost
- Remaining balance: due approximately 56 days before departure
- Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation with applicable charges
Pricing Adjustments May Occur Only Due To:
- Currency fluctuations (INR, USD, CAD, AUD, EUR, GBP, etc.)
- Government taxes or regulatory changes
- Supplier pricing changes beyond Vmanta’s control
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation (email or other official communication) from the Company along with payment of the applicable advance amount.
Prices quoted are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Any applicable taxes, surcharges, or seasonal supplements will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Payments
- A non-refundable advance payment (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 15 days before the travel start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or any other mode specified by the Company.
- All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed for international services.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified to the Company in writing (email). The following cancellation charges shall apply from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice:
- More than 30 days before departure: 25% of the total booking amount.
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount.
- 7–14 days before departure: 75% of the total booking amount.
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total booking amount (no refund).
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15–21 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Any refund is subject to deduction of applicable bank/gateway charges and taxes.
6. Amendments & Changes
Requests for changes to a confirmed booking (e.g., dates, destinations, number of travelers) must be made in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.
The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any itinerary, accommodation, or service due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, government regulations, or operational requirements. In such cases, suitable alternatives or credit notes will be provided.
7. Travel Documents & Insurance
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure valid travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, health certificates, and any other documentation required by the destination country or state.
The Company strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from the absence of travel insurance.
8. Liability
- The Company acts as an intermediary between the customer and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, tour guides, etc.). We shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts, omissions, or default of any third-party provider.
- The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or expense arising from Force Majeure events.
- Maximum liability of the Company, in any event, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner during the trip. The Company reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a customer's behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or offensive.
- Customers must adhere to all local laws, customs, and regulations of the destination.
- Any additional expenses incurred due to the customer's actions (e.g., damage to property, fines, medical costs) shall be borne entirely by the customer.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Vmanta World website and applications — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is the property of Vmanta World Pvt Ltd and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from the Company.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vmanta World Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms shall be effective from the date of publication on our website.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
